The military has promised to partner Oyo state government in maintaining peace in the state.

General officer commanding the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Fidelis Okwudili-Azinta gave this assurance in Ibadan during a visit to the office of the Governor of Oyo state governor.
