Governor of Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu, has received the final report on the proposed Multipurpose Deep Sea Port, known as Port Ondo.

At the event in Akure, Mr Akeredolu expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation his administration has received towards the project.

The current administration is capitalising on this advantage to establish a deep seaport, known as Port Ondo.

The project has received a major leap towards actualisation in the coastal area of the state, with the receipt of an Outline Business Case report.
The Governor expressed confidence that the abundant resources the state is blessed with, the proposed port will be the biggest attraction in the global Maritime Sector.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Investment, is hopeful that Port Ondo will be a reality.
