The special court of appeal panel on the crisis surrounding Ondo PDP governorship candidacy will at noon today reconvene to continue with the case before it.
The appeal panel was about to deliver its judgement last Friday when Biyi Poroye and co ran to the supreme court challenging its jurisdiction.
The appeal subsequently suspended actions.

However, in its ruling yesterday, the supreme court said the special court of appeal is constitutionally right to sit on the cases before it and ordered it to continue with them
The apex court berated Jimoh Ibrahim’s lawyer, Olisa Nwofor, SAN, for unethical conduct and ordered him to pay over fifteen million naira to the 3 Justices and other defendants
