The leadership crises in the All Progressives Congress in Abia state seems to be deepening as two individuals are laying claim to the chairmanship seat.
While the state chairman, Donatus Nwankpa said he is still in charge of the Party, factional chairman, Emmanuel Ndukwe insists he has a court order restraining Nwankpa and his executives from Parading themselves as party officials.
But Nwankpa having appealed the order, argued that a court order is said to be suspended when there is an appeal and therefore he is still the Chairman of the Party.
