Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced 340 new cases of Covid 19 in Nigeria.
This figure brings the number of infected persons in the country to 51,304 with a death toll of 996.
37,885 persons have recovered from the ailment.
Of the new cases, Kaduna reported the highest among the states, with 63 new cases, while the FCT ranked second with 51.
