The United States has provided some intelligence that could advance Nigeria’s terrorism war.
The U.S. alerted the federal government that Al-Qaeda is already penetrating the North-western part of the country as the group is expanding to other parts of West Africa.
The U.S. says it would continue to partner with Nigeria in sharing intelligence especially when it relates to violent extremism which is critical to Nigeria’s long-drawn battle against insurgency.
