The district Head of Michika and the Chairman of Adamawa Christian association have called on both federal and state governments to see to the immediate release of the abducted chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in Michika local government, Reverend Lawan Andimi.
The call follows the video by the dreaded Boko Haram group, showing the abducted CAN chairman begging for intervention from the federal government for his release.
The religion leaders in the state believe that the federal government has all it takes to secure his release following the video released by the dreaded group.
In the short recorded clip, the abducted cleric, Reverend Lawan Andimi said that if it pleased God he would be released but if not, he asked that his children be taken care of.
