Chatham house a great Success for Asiwaju Tinubu – Ajibola

CHATHAM HOUSE LECTURE WAS SUCCESSFUL FOR ASIWAJU TINUBU

Senator Ajibola Bashiru

A member of the Presidential Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Bashiru Ajibola, says the Chatham House Lecture by the Party’s Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was a pointer to how prepared he is in taking charge of Nigeria if elected into Office.

Mr Ajibola who was speaking to Yori Folarin on the TVC News Programme This Morning said the opening Statement of the candidate on Election and the sanctity of the Electoral process shows that he is not only seeking power for its sake but seeking it to make Nigeria a better place through the Office of President of the Federal Republic if elected into Office.

He added that his Speech also shows him for what he is, a true Democrat, who will always stay true to his beliefs as one especially on the issue of a free, fair and credible election.

Going Further, Mr Ajibola said the issue of Security which was a major part of the Lecture also got the required attention with the linkage made by the candidate to the importance of having a secure environment for everything to thrive, including Free, fair and Credible Elections.

The All Progressives Congress Candidate according to him was able to show the linkage between a Secure Nigeria, Free and Fair Elections, Technological Innovations and a developed Economy.

Asiwaju Tinubu according to Mr Ajibola also showed how important the Security of Nigeria is to not only the West African Sub region but to the whole of Africa.

On the Economic Front, Mr Ajibola noted that his treatise on the need to de-centralise the Energy sector is a major point of departure from what Nigeria currently operates which he said will aid in National Development.

For him the issue of doing more and ensuring Value Chain Addition in the Agriculture Sector adding more to what the Buhari administration has done will be a game changer.
