Speaking at a customer resolution meeting put together by the commission in Lagos for consumers of Ikeja electric, the Vice Chairman, NERC, Mr Musiliu Oseni maintains that the agency will continue the roll out of mass metering scheme to tackle the issue of estimated billing
He however urged customers to send all complaints on electricity supply and other billing issues to the nearest business unit of the electricity company serving their premises.
