Zamfara State House of Assembly has summoned two former heads of service and leaders of organised labour in the state for testimonies over alleged money diversion.
The money which is in Billions of naira is said to have been diverted through contributory pension schemes.
The House of Assembly said they siphoned money belonging to civil servants who were part of the contributory pension scheme in the last nine years.
It added that inviting them has become necessary, as they are expected to have vital information to the funds.
The house said the move is in continuation of its commitment to settling all pension matters in the state.
Chairman of the House ad hoc Committee on Pension Fund Administration and Deputy House Leader, Nasiru Bungudu said an invitation has already been sent to the affected persons.
