After spending more than four years in the custody of the Department of State Services, Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, has regained his freedom.
He was released in Abuja after the directive by the Federal Government for him and the Convener of Revolution Now Protests, Omoyele Sowore, to be released.
Mr Dasuki’s lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Ahmed Raji, confirmed the release of his client, which is in compliance with the bail granted to him.
He thanked the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, for ordering the DSS to comply with the various court orders.
