Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Monday evening observed a closed training session preparatory to their second Nations cup group B match against Guinea.
The technical crew led by Gernot Rohr decided to train the team behind closed doors to allow the players to concentrate and perfect strategies.
Three players missed Monday’s session. They include defenders Shehu Abdullahi, Jamilu Collins and forward Samuel Kalu.
Shehu will miss the match against Guinea because of a hamstring injury he sustained in the Eagles match against Burundi while Jamilu and Kalu are indisposed as Rohr is expected to ring some changes in the team that will play on Wednesday.
