There is an unconfirmed report that suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen may have sent in his resignation to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Neither the Presidency nor anyone in official capacity has confirmed this report which is rife.
But it will be recalled that the National Judicial Council, two days ago, had sent it’s report of the five-Man Committee constituted to investigate the allegations of misconduct made against Justice Walter Onnoghen and Justice Tanko Muhammad to the president.
