Katsina state 2018 Appropriations Bill of more than 213. 6 Billion naira has been signed into law after passage by the state House of Assembly. While assenting to the Law, Governor Aminu Bello Masari appealed to other states and the National Assembly to borrow a leave from the Katsina state House of assembly to speed up passage of the Federal government Budget.
Governor Masari said both the Executive and Legislative arms of government are doing what is humanly possible towards bettering the lives of people in the state.
He thanked members of the state assembly for working as a team with the aim of moving the state to the next levelof development.
