The Presidential Committee on the Northeast Initiative has brought together aid agencies and humanitarian workers to forge a common front in tackling the humanitarian crisis in the northeast.
The meeting is to ensure the humanitarian services get to those targeted.
Vice Chairman of the Committee, Tijjani Tumsah, told TVC News on the sidelines that the meeting is meant to ensure that efforts are not unduly duplicated in facing the crisis.
