22nd World Conference of Banking Institutes to hold in Lagos

Lagos is preparing to host the 22nd World Conference of Banking Institutes, WCBI in April for the first time.

Re-thinking the Future of Banking and Finance, and Life Long Learning is the theme of the conference.

The week long event will have in attendance 49 high profile speakers and thought leaders across the globe, in addition to about 750 participants.

It is expected to serve as a platform to reposition the Nigerian economy and attract investments.

The banking conference has been adopted by the state government as part of activities marking the Lagos at 50 celebration.
