At the resumed hearing of the case in Abuja, Fatunde announced her appearance as the new Head of the Prosecution team following the withdrawal of the former lead prosecutor, Charles Adeogun-Philips.
Fatunde made an oral application seeking an adjournment of the case to enable her study the file and also interview the witnesses.
The lawyer to Justice Ngwuta, Kanu Agabi, did not oppose the application and Justice John Tsoho subsequently adjourned the case to sometime in March for continuation of trial.
