“Kick Cancer Out of NAF Bases” is an initiative of Nigeria’s chief of air staff aimed at tackling cancer among air force personal and their families, across the country.
The campaign, which kicked off at the air force base in Kaduna provided a platform for sensitisation of both personnel and civilians on the scourge and the need for early detection.
The Air Officer Commanding, Training Command, who represented the air chief, stressed that the programme is geared towards improving the state of health of its personnel.
