Davis Cup seed, Clifford Enosoregbe beat Delmas N’Tcha of Benin Republic 6-3, 6-2, followed by Sylvester Emmanuel, who defeated compatriot Ikechukwu Iloputa 6-1, 6-3.

Henry Atseye then recorded a hard-fought 7-5, 6-4 victory over Joseph Imeh Ubon.

Edward Christopher Anefu completed the Nigerian victory parade, beating Mohammed Mohammed 6-1,6-2 all another men’s singles match.

But it was not a great day for Christian Paul and Christopher Bulus who were knocked out.
