President Bola Tinubu has written to the House of Representatives, requesting the approval of N1.48 billion as Rivers state budget for the 2025 fiscal year.
The Speaker, Abbas Tajudeen, read the correspondence at the plenary.
A breakdown of the proposed budget shows that infrastructure gets N325 billion, Health N166 billion, Education 75.6 billion while Agricultural projects have N31.4 billion.
