Campaigners in Nigeria against the use of tobacco have intensified the call for the implementation of the National Tobacco Act, as part of activities marking this year’s No Tobacco Day.
The campaigners under the aegis of the Environmental Rights Action, ERA, accused the tobacco companies of thwarting the implementation of the Tobacco Act.
They also reeled out some of the consequences of consuming tobacco products.
