Service Chiefs: Presidency warns against planned protest

The Presidency has raised the alarm over an alleged plot by the opposition party to orchestrate a protest march against the nation’s security architecture.

Senior Special Assistant to the President on media and publicity, Garba Shehu revealed that a group of politicians and beneficiaries of the Boko Haram insurgency have paid about two-thousand persons to join their planned protest against the country’s service chiefs.

He also advised the public to be wary of the alleged antics of those it accused of plotting to run the country aground and embarrass the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
