Actress Regina Daniels has publicly thanked Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja after the facility refuted claims that it leaked her alleged medical report.

The mental health hospital clarified that the document circulating in the media, which purportedly detailed Regina’s detoxification program, did not originate from them.

Taking to Instagram, Regina expressed her gratitude, acknowledging the hospital’s dedication to confidentiality.

She wrote: “Thank you for this. Knowing the owner of this hospital is a family friend made me almost go crãzy and sue y’all. But thanks for standing by the truth, admits knowing your big fish in the family. Saving your hospital and just doing the right thing. So thanks, and let me kill this.”

The controversy stems from allegations of substance abuse, with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, claiming she had issues with drugs and alcohol.

The allegedly leaked report suggested Regina tested positive for cocaine, marijuana, and other substances, igniting public speculation.

Regina, however, has denied the claims, attributing the marital problems to domestic violence and her husband’s attempts to isolate her from family and friends.
