Nnamani, Others drum up support for Tinubu in Enugu

Former Senate president Ken Nnamani, immediate past Chairman of All progressive Congress APC in Enugu State, Dr. Ben Nwoye, and veteran politician, Gbazuagu Nweke Gbazuagu are practically leading the campaigns for Tinubu Presidency in Enugu.

The trio urged Enugu people to vote for the APC presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Shetima Kashim.

In barely 74 days to the 2023 general election, political parties have started aligning their thoughts across regional divides in the country.

Candidates of different political parties have been criss- crossing the length and breath of the country with the aim to sell their aspiration to the electorate

Among the top contestants in the race who have been enjoying immense support, is the candidate of the All Progressive Congress Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Political gladiators in Enugu state politics gathered at the state capital.

Speaking at the Inaugurating of the Enugu State Local government Independent Campaign Committee for Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign, former senate president Ken Nnamani urges people of the state to vote for the presidential candidate of the APC.

He revealed his relationship with Bola Tinubu, describing him as a democrat with capacity to move Nigeria to the next level of development.

The Director, in charge of Contact and mobilization of ICC Enugu and the state coordinator said they have all agreed irrespective of their individual differences to Support the APC presidential Ticket.

Since after the APC presidential primary that Ken Nnamani contested held, this is the first time the former senate president is aligning publicly with the party presidential ticket and has gone ahead as a leader to reconcile all aggrieved groups to drum support for the Tinubu/Shettima presidential Ticket.

Senator Ken Nnamani was also a former Secretary to the Enugu State Government which is the Political capital of the South East.

The campaign of the Former Lagos State Governor is also backed by a former Governor of Enugu State, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, leader of the Ebeano Political Family in Enugu State who is also contesting to be a Senator under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
