NGF seeks constitutional role for Traditional rulers

The Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) is making efforts to ensure that traditional rulers have a defined responsibility in the Nigerian Constitution.

Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma made this known after a meeting with National Council of traditional rulers, to ensure that governance gets to the people at the grassroots.

The meeting reviewed the submissions from the traditional rulers, with a view to including them in the ongoing constitutional amendment Bills.
