The Nigerian National Grid has collapsed again, causing nationwide blackout.

This is contained in a series of posts shared on X on Monday.

The power grid suffered a total breakdown affecting several electricity distribution companies (DisCos) across the country.

Statistics attached to the post revealed that about nine DisCos had their power allocation dropped to zero Megawatts.

The statistics recorded at 3:07pm showed the likes of Benin, Eko, Enugu, Ikeja, and Jos distribution companies, amongst others, having 0.00 Megawatts of power.

However, Abuja and Ibadan DisCos only recorded a drop in their power allocation to 20 and 30 Megawatts in that order.
