Residents of Lafia the capital of Nasarawa State have turn out in their numbers along the Shendam road to join the nationwide protest in order to demand for governance in the country.
The Protest began at 12:30 in the afternoon after a heavy pour in the state capital with protesters carrying placards bearing different inscriptions.

They Want a reversal of some economic policies that is perceived to have brought hardship to the people.
Meanwhile, security agents have barricaded the entrance to the Government House along the Shendam road to forestall any security breach.
