Leaders of the Labour Party in the Southwest have collapsed their structures to work for the All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The leaders were led by the south west chairman of the party, Banji Omotosho to fuse into the All Progressives Congress camp.

Their movement into APC was facilitated by the National Coordinator of the South West Agenda For Asiwaju Tinubu (SWAGA) 2023, Dayo Adeyeye and other members of the group
While speaking at the programme, Omotosho, said leaders of Labour Party decided to quit the party because it is not viable and lacks the clout to win the 2023 elections.
