Federal lawmakers, state chairman and other top members of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi state have asked for the immediate resignation of Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello over his double registration during the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration.
The Kogi APC chieftains disclosed this on Friday at a press briefing in Abuja where they commended the Independent National Electoral Commission for detecting the fraudulent registration by Governor Bello and canceling the action.
The political leaders called for the immediate resignation of Yahaya Bello or else they would mobilize their members in the Kogi state House of Assembly to begin an immediate impeachment process.
