The Independent National Electoral Commission has given a formal notice of the Ekiti State Governorship Election which will hold on July the 14th.
This comes after the electoral body resuscitated the State Implementation Committee on Voters Education and Publicity.

The committee is expected to organise implementation meetings with relevant stakeholders and voter education at the grassroots.
INEC has cautioned politicians against making inflammatory statements and to act responsibly before, during and after the gubernatorial election.
