Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has declared that despite the gloomy economic outlook, the state will grow and witness pleasant surprises in every sector this year.
The governor, who spoke at the 2017 Annual Thanksgiving Service, with the theme: Gratitude to God,” held at the State House, Ikeja, Lagos, said last year he assured that Lagos would grow in leaps – and that God answered the prayer.
Ambode said his administration was determined to re-position the state this year and adds his administration was ready to deliver a Lagos that everyone would be proud of this year.
In his sermon, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, Pastor E.A. Adeboye spoke about the awesomeness of God as a prayer answering God.
