Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has resigned his membership of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
This is contained in a lette addressed to the PDP Chairman for ward 2, Sagba Abogunde of Ede North Local government, Osun State.
In a statement signed by his Spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, the Governor resigned his membership of the party since the 4th of November, 2025.

He attributed his resignation to the crisis rocking the national leadership of the party.
The Governor thanked the party for the opportunity given him to serve under it as a Senator and Governor.
