A Former national chairman of Petroleum Tanker Drivers Branch of NUPENG, Salimon Akanni Oladiti says players in the downstream sector of oil and gas industry believe that the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will instill sanity into the sector, if he is elected.
Salimon Oladiti who visited the APC presidential campaign Secretariat in Abuja in his personal capacity was accompanied by members of the Union from Lagos zone.
Mr Oladiti noted that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, having worked in the oil industry before he joined active politics, is not a stranger to the operations of both the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil industry.
The Secretary Of The APC Campaign Council, James Faleke urged the group to galvanise support from its members, for the party’s candidate.
