The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has confirmed that elections will not hold in 240 polling units across the country.
Chairman of the commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, disclosed this in Abuja on Monday at a meeting with leaders of political parties in Abuja on Monday.
According to him, nobody chose to vote in these polling units.

Professor Yakubu also expressed worry over the rising attacks on party supporters.
This is coming in less than 12 days before the general election.
