Nollywood actress Bolaji Ogunmola has publicly criticised an Airline over what she described as repeated and poorly communicated flight cancellations that left her stranded in Ekiti State.
According to the actress, she travelled to Ekiti for a work engagement and was scheduled to fly back to Lagos on Wednesday to resume another film project.
However, she alleged that the airline cancelled her flight on two consecutive days without providing any prior notice or clear explanation.
Ogunmola said the disruptions severely affected her schedule and professional commitments, accusing the airline of showing little regard for her time and livelihood.
In a video shared on her Instagram page on Thursday morning, the actress expressed her frustration and warned that she was considering legal action, stating that her “lawyer will take this up.”

” I was supposed to fly yesterday. I got to the airport and they said that something happened and that flight was delayed. I waited for hours after which they said they are not flying again that they’ve cancelled the flight.
“And I said ok, you have cancelled the flight, what’s the plan? I need to get to Lagos. They’re like ok, there’s nothing they can do. I tried Akure as well but nothing happened. So, this morning they said they are going to fly 8:am this morning and I have to pay for hotel, pay bills. And I woke up this morning by 5am and rushed to the airport by 6:30am, some people also met me here and they said oh, we’re still flying is not for 8am again is for 9:30am.
“This is very painful because you could have just sent a message because I’m working today and there was no conversation, nothing was said. They later said the 9:30 flight has been moved to 12pm, and now they said they are going to move by 5:30, and I’m supposed to be on set. As we speak, my crew production, everything are all on set. I’m going to take this up because I’m not the type to start yelling and fighting.
“I’m doing this video to have evidence of what just happened to me. And literally, I’m stuck in a State I don’t know anybody. I’m waiting for a car to come and pick me so that I can get to Lagos and I don’t know the time I’m going to get to Lagos. It’s not only my time they are toying with, it’s actually the source of my livelihood as well. I’m literally stuck and outside here, and there is no reason why that is happening. I have to go by road which is very unsafe and my lawyer will take this up. They are not remorseful, they are unfair and they don’t have any form of decency”, she said with tears.
