Adamawa state government says it has received fertilizers from the federal government for onward distribution to farmers for this year’s farming season.
The state commissioner for information told journalists in Yola that the state is yet to receive the 20 trucks of food items allocated to it by the federal government.
The state commissioner for information enlisted the mechanism puts in place to help farmers and residents to overcome the present hardship residents are passing through.
He explained that the state government has received fertilizers from the federal government but still waiting for the 20 trucks of food items from the federal government
The government seems worried over the planned nationwide protest but reminds citizens on the need to protect the state properties including infrastructure
