The Super Eagles of Nigeria are set to miss out on the services of Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham as he is reportedly set to pledge his allegiance to the Three Lions of England.
Abraham, who has been in a stunning form for the Blues this season, was approached by the Nigeria Football Federation to commit his international future to the three-time African champions which he declined.
Reports indicate that the 21-year-old centre-forward won’t turn down the chance to feature for the Three Lions if he’s included in Gareth Southgate’s squad for next month’s European Championship qualifiers against Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
