A suspected serial killer, Gracious David West, has been arrested by the Rivers state Police Command.
The 26-year old from Buguma local government area, who is also a member of the Degbam cult group, was apprehended along East-West Road enroute to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
He has since made useful statements to the police and an investigation is underway to ascertain his motives and possible accomplices.
Commissioner of police in the state, Mustapha Dandaura, will brief the media on what the Police described ” significant Police breakthrough” on Friday.
