The All Progressives Congress Government in
Ondo State led by Rotimi Akeredolu will create council development areas in the state.
The APC Standard Bearer in the coming Governorship Election disclosed his intention to create additional council areas to newsmen during a campaign tour of Constituency One of Ondo West Local Government Area.
Akeredolu’s campaign tour of Constituency 1 of Ondo West council area turned out to be a road show as APC members in the area came out in large numbers, met the candidate at the outskirts of the city and trekked many kilometres with his motorcade.
They accompanied the candidate to the palace of Osemawe, Oba Adesimbo Kiladejo where Akeredolu paid homage to the first class monarch.
At the palace, newsmen sought clarification from the APC Governorship candidate on his plan to create additional council areas in Ondo State.
From Osemawe’s palace, the crowd accompanied Akeredolu and his entourage through Ondo-Okitipupa Road down to Ondo-Akure Road.
