Coalition for Tinubu/Shettima support groups from the 260 Political wards in Enugu state have reemphasised the need for Nigerians to elect leaders with proven antecedent and not based on religion.
The coalition made this assertion at their inauguration in Enugu.
The support base for APC presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has grown in the same way that it has in other parts of the country.

The Tinubu/Shettima Campaign is gaining traction in Enugu, South East Nigeria, ahead of the election.
Recently, thousands of South East women marched in Owerri in support of the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma.
Grassroots supporters say they are prepared to mobilise votes for all APC candidates in the upcoming election at the inauguration of various support groups drawn from the 260 political wards in Enugu State.
The convener of the meeting, who donated his house for the TINUBU/Shettima Campaign insisted that the alleged same faith stance of APC Presidential tickets will not discourage them from voting the right candidate for the Job.
Mr Nwoye, who bemoaned the frequent attacks on members, urged security personnel to track down those responsible.
Finally, APC stalwarts formed support groups for the Ashiwaju Women Cooperative Society, the APC Youth Taskforce for Tinubu, and other organizations.
