The Supreme Court has affirmed Sherrif Oborevwori as the duly elected governorship candidate for the People Democratic Party in Delta State.
Justice Tijjani Abubakar a member of a five-man panel who read the led judgment held that the appeal filed by David Edevbie in its entirety lacked merit.
All issues raised by the appellant were resolved against the appellant and the Judgment of the court of appeal was upheld.
