As Nigerians mark world financial literacy week, Governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun has advocated a robust savings and investment culture among the citizens.
The governor who was represented by his Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, shared the advice at the World Savings and Financial Literacy day event, held at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential library in Abeokuta.
According to him, the present economic downtown in the country requires extra efforts and Nigerians must think out of the box.
He commended students of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye who participated in the programme for their knowledge on investment.
