The Borno state Governor, Professor Babagana Zullum has warned civil servants that there is no room for laziness in his administration.

With a work force of over 12,000 the Governor met only 3 workers present at the state Secretariat. He showed his displeasure at what he met on ground by visiting the homed of the civil servants
He also laid down his next line of action to forestall a repeat of what he met at the state secretariat
The Governor has pledged, going forward, to flush out lazy civil servants from the Borno state civil service, as this will greatly improve the efficiency of the state work force to achieve greatness.
