No fewer then 100 Cows were allegedly killed by Irigwe militia on Tuesday at Bassa LGA of Plateau State.
The Plateau State Police Command spokesperson, DSP Torpev Martins who confirmed the incident called it a barbaric act.
He said the police is investigating the circumstances leading to the cruel killing of the cows, but said they are yet to issue an official statement on the incident that was said to have lasted for more than 29 hours
