President Muhammadu Buhari has sent to the Nigerian Senate the 2017 to 2019 Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Fiscal Sustainability Plan (FSP) in preparation for the laying of the 2017 budget.
Senate President, Bukola Saraki read an executive communication containing the documents from the President at Tuesday’s plenary.
President Buhari urged the Senate to speedily work on the documents even as he thanked the Upper Chamber for their previous support to his administration.
