Nigerian Preofessional footballer, Isaac Success scored his first goal in England on Saturday as he helped Watford rescue a point in the 2-2 draw with AFC Bournemouth in the English Premier League.
Isaac who has yet to start a league game for the Hornets since his move from Spanish club, Granada CF was again overlooked from the get go with the Watford manager, Walter Mazzari electing to go with Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney as his preferred choices upfront.
Mazzari eventually withdrew Ighalo and threw Success into the fray just before the hour and the young Nigerian forward did not disappoint. He struck in the 65th minute, seven minutes after his introduction to tie the scores at 2-2 and eventually help his side claim a share of the spoils.
Success’ finish was down to pure predatory instincts and clever movement as he headed home Jose Holebas’ excellent delivery from a free kick.
It was only Success’s fourth league appearance of the season which has seen him rack up a measly 66 minutes under his belt.
The 20-year-old was only recently called up by Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr for this month’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.
