The naira appreciated to N359 per dollar in the parallel market. This was disclosed on the live exchange rate platform of the association of bureau de change operators of Nigeria.
The naira depreciated by N1.68kobo in the investors and exporters window due to a 20 percent decline in the volume of dollars traded.
The volume of dollars traded on the window dropped by 20 percent to One hundred and thirteen million from one hundred and forty million traded last Friday.
