A non-governmental organisation has advocated the creation of special centers for physically challenged persons in its drive to ensure equal rights and the total inclusion of persons with disability.
Juremi Foundation addressed a news conference to project the need for physically challenged persons, to be empowered with vocational skills.
The conveners also urged President Muhammadu Buhari to assent to the national disability bill.
