Dignitaries, including the Diplomatic Corp, have arrived at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the venue of the 65th ordinary session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of Ecowas.
The meeting will be considering the financing of the standby force against terrorism and unconstitutional change of Government.
Also important to the Authority is ensuring the regional body does not disintegrate as Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso are yet to return to ECOWAS following the lift of the ban on them.
Though provisions are made for their seats.
