Beneficiaries under the presidential amnesty Programme have passed a vote of confidence on the Programme’s Administrator, Dennis Otuaro, at a One-day extended meeting with key players in Warri, Delta State.
The meeting with the Niger Delta ex-agitators is seen as a major breakthrough in sustaining the peace and development of the oil-rich region.
After the successful tour of the various states under the Presidential Amnesty Programme, The Programme Administrator, Mr. Dennis Otuaro was in Warri for an extended meeting with key players and former agitators in the Niger Delta region.
The aim is to foster peace and collaborate for the stability and security of the region to ensure more human capital development through the program.
With leaders of both first and second-phase beneficiaries present, a vote of confidence is passed on the PAP boss as they express gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for the laudable appointment.
The meeting also reveals plans to empower more youths through educational scholarships to raise more intellectually sound individuals across the Niger Delta.
